Get a fantastic second passport at the lowest price you can find anywhere
As a Total Access member, you can obtain a fantastic second passport from one of two Caribbean countries– Saint Lucia and Antigua– at a steep discount.
Both are EXCELLENT passports, allowing you to travel visa-free to over 120 countries, including the entire European Schengen area. You could go to places like France, Colombia, Singapore or Italy.
Depending which of the two countries you choose from, and how many family members you have, you could save anywhere from $13,000-$38,000 simply because you’re a Total Access member.
This effectively creates the lowest price citizenship-by-investment deal of this caliber.
Each of them offers not only investment but also what’s known as a one-time “donation” option as a path to citizenship.
For example, a St. Lucian passport through donation would typically cost $119,500 for a single person (including all fees). But Total Access members can get it for just $104,500 and save $15,000.
If you want second passports for your entire family, then Antigua is your best option. The cost for a family of 4, would typically be $158,000 in total, but Total Access members can get it for just $137,000– saving $21,000.
These are phenomenal savings…
But St. Lucia recently introduced a very unique option…
St. Lucia introduced a new program that involves purchasing government “COVID” bonds and holding them for 5-7 years. Your initial cash outlay is to be returned after the set amount of time.
For a single person the bond investment is $250,000 (which is to be returned after 5-7 years) and the non-returnable fees are typically $47,500. But for Total Access members, the fees are just $12,500– saving you $35,000.
The prices for a family of four is very similar. The bond is for $250,000 and the fees are typically $55,500. But as a Total Access member you’d save $36,000 and only pay $19,500.
After the St. Lucian government pays you back the $250,000 bond amount, your final cost for the passports will be just the fee of $19,500. This comes down to just $4,875 per person.
And while that’s certainly a very compelling price for a high quality passport, it’s important that you consider the downsides of a bond investment.
First, the opportunity costs: instead of an investment, your money just sits in the government’s coffers, offering no return.
While calculating the price of the passport, you should also consider how much of a return you would have generated with that $250,000.
Secondly, you must consider the counterparty risk that the government poses – will it stay solvent enough to return your capital after the required hold period is over?
This is an especially apt point right now, especially with tourism down.
We believe St. Lucia will do everything it can to avoid defaulting on citizenship investors. Defaulting would immediately destroy the program, which is lucrative and important to its economy.
All investments, however, carry risk.
That being said, no matter which option is right for you, as a Total Access member you will always save thousands of dollars.

I’m a seasoned investor and entrepreneur myself; I’ve built a number of successful, multi-million dollar businesses from scratch, and I’ve invested in several more.
With this experience, my team and I are constantly on the lookout for honest, talented, responsible entrepreneurs who can turn our investment capital into a thriving, valuable business.
To be clear, we’re not always successful. Life happens, and sometimes businesses fail. Again, early stage investing is high risk / high reward… which is why these types of investments are for seasoned, qualified investors and part of a diversified portfolio.
And unlike investments in public stock markets, these private investments are not very liquid, so sometimes the capital can be tied up for several years while the business grows.
But when it works out, the rewards can be absolutely incredible.
2. Safe opportunities to generate a meaningful return while taking the absolute minimum risk
The second type of opportunity we look for comes in the form of safe, highly secured loans that pay a very healthy interest rate.
For example, in 2018 our members loaned approximately $5 million to a European-based business. The loan was secured by tens of millions of dollars in assets, including high quality real estate worth more than $20 million.
In fact our members actually held legal title to the real estate during the life of the loan, which made the deal ULTRA secure.
So in essence, our members loaned $5 million, and while they waited for the loan to be repaid, they held legal title to a property worth more than $20 million… and that property just happened to be among the most prestigious, sought-after real estate on the entire European continent.
And on top of all that, the business had more than $10 million in other assets pledged to the loan, plus the company director pledged a personal guarantee.
Seems like a pretty safe deal.
But the best part was that our members earned more than 12% per year!
(And in March 2020, at the peak of the initial Covid outbreak, the loan was successfully paid back to investors, with interest.)
I love these types of investments. It’s not the high risk / high return model that early stage VC investments offer. But I’m very comfortable with low risk / strong return investments.
Your interests and mine are completely aligned
I want to make it very clear that we take absolutely no commissions, kickbacks or anything of the sort.
It’s a huge part of my personal code, and I just think it’s the right way to do things.
While this is extremely rare in the financial industry, where commissions and kickbacks are the norm… I would never put myself in a position where my interests, and the interests of our members, are not 100% aligned.
In fact, whenever possible, I invest my own capital or company’s capital right alongside you, at exactly the same terms.

We hold these events in places where we see opportunities.
I’ve done this sort of thing on my own for years, across my travels to more than 120 countries. I was never a “tourist” doing the typical vacation thing.
Instead, I would find ways to connect with people who were plugged in to the local economy, real estate market, startup culture, etc.
They would introduce me to other people, who would introduce me to others still. Slowly, I built up a network and would be among the first to hear about lucrative deals around the world.
During our recent event in Uzbekistan in 2019, I brought our members with me on a boots-on-the-ground, investment due diligence trip to this frontier market.
We met with senior government officials and ministers, local entrepreneurs, lawyers and brokers to really get a feel for the place.

It doesn’t matter if you make $50,000 a year or $50,000,000. Somehow, your success is seen as preventing someone else’s from happening.
This isn’t how many of us see the world. It’s not a zero-sum game. There is SO much opportunity out there, available to so many.
But again, it’s easier to tear down than to build.
It’s also easier to roll over. Another aspect I don’t recognize is the eagerness to become sheeple.
The pandemic — and especially the reactions to it from on-high — showed us all a few things:
- How quickly certain politicians will seize as much power and control as they can; and,
- How quickly and easily most people will roll over and let them do it.
I am a freedom-minded person. I would rather be left alone to be free than be controlled so that I may be “taken care of.”
